Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars, scheduling appointments, and prioritizing complex itineraries
- Coordinate domestic/international travel arrangements and expense reports
- Prepare confidential documents, presentations, and correspondence with precision
- Serve as primary liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders
- Oversee office operations, inventory management, and vendor relationships
- Lead onboarding processes for new administrative staff
- Implement workflow optimization initiatives to enhance productivity
Qualifications
- 5+ years of executive administrative support experience in corporate environments
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Exceptional written/verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
- Project management certification or equivalent experience preferred
- Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce) and document management tools
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
