Responsibilities
- Manage complex executive calendars, meetings, and travel arrangements
- Prepare confidential documents, reports, and presentations
- Coordinate departmental communications and internal initiatives
- Oversee office operations including supply inventory and vendor management
- Process expense reports and assist with budget tracking
- Act as primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
- Support special projects and event planning for executive team
Qualifications
- 5+ years of executive administrative support experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and calendar management tools
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Associates degree in Business Administration or related field
