Responsibilities
- Manage complex calendars, travel arrangements, and itinerary planning for executive leadership.
- Coordinate high-level meetings, including agenda preparation, room setup, and detailed minute-taking.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, maintaining strict confidentiality.
- Develop and streamline office administrative processes to improve departmental efficiency.
- Prepare professional presentations, reports, and correspondence for board-level review.
- Manage expense reporting and budget tracking for executive office accounts.
- Coordinate special events and company-wide conferences as required.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in an executive support or senior clerical role.
- Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Superior verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Demonstrated ability to exercise discretion and maintain confidentiality.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with CRM software and virtual meeting platforms (Zoom/Teams).
