Responsibilities
- Manage complex executive calendars and prioritize conflicting meeting requests.
- Coordinate high-stakes travel arrangements and detailed itineraries.
- Prepare, edit, and proofread professional correspondence, presentations, and reports.
- Act as the primary point of contact between executives, internal teams, and external stakeholders.
- Organize board meetings, including agenda preparation, minute-taking, and follow-up on action items.
- Execute special administrative projects and conduct research as requested by leadership.
- Maintain electronic and physical filing systems with strict confidentiality.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience supporting senior-level executives.
- Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a polished professional demeanor.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain absolute confidentiality and exercise sound judgment.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask in a high-pressure environment.
