- Draft, proofread, and distribute professional correspondence and internal communications.
- Coordinate board meetings, preparing agendas, minutes, and supporting documentation.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for external stakeholders and high-level clients.
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems ensuring data confidentiality.
- Collaborate with department heads to track project milestones and deliverables.
- Manage expense reports and oversee office procurement requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in an executive-level administrative role.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a focus on professional etiquette.
- Proven ability to handle sensitive information with absolute discretion.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with CRM or project management software such as Salesforce or Asana is a plus.
