Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive calendar management and travel coordination for executive team
- Prepare, edit, and distribute confidential correspondence and executive reports
- Manage expense reports, vendor contracts, and procurement processes
- Coordinate board meetings, offsites, and corporate events
- Maintain digital filing systems and ensure document security compliance
- Act as primary liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders
- Lead onboarding processes for new administrative staff
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Business Administration or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of executive support experience in corporate environments
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
- Experience with Salesforce or CRM platforms preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including occasional evenings/weekends
