Responsibilities
- Manage complex executive calendars, including scheduling meetings, travel arrangements, and appointments.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
- Prepare high-quality presentations, reports, and correspondence for board meetings.
- Coordinate logistics for large-scale company events and off-site retreats.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and manage vendor relationships.
- Process expense reports and manage department budgets with high attention to detail.
- Implement and streamline office workflows to enhance productivity.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in an executive support or senior clerical role.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Proven ability to manage confidential information with discretion and integrity.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to multitask in a high-pressure setting.
- Experience with project management software (e.g., Asana, Trello, or Jira) is a plus.
