Responsibilities
- Manage complex executive calendars and prioritize meeting requests to optimize time.
- Coordinate high-level domestic and international travel itineraries and logistics.
- Prepare, edit, and format professional documents, reports, and high-stakes presentations.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders and external high-profile clients.
- Lead project tracking initiatives and monitor department KPIs for executive review.
- Organize and facilitate board meetings, including agenda creation and minutes transcription.
- Manage confidential sensitive records with the highest level of professional discretion.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in an executive support or high-level administrative role.
- Mastery of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a focus on professional etiquette.
- Proven ability to manage shifting priorities in a high-pressure environment.
- Strong analytical mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Experience with CRM and cloud-based file management software (e.g., Salesforce, Box).
