Responsibilities
- Coordinate complex calendars, meeting logistics, and travel arrangements for executive team
- Manage confidential correspondence, documents, and sensitive information with discretion
- Prepare and edit professional communications, reports, and presentations
- Oversee office operations including supply inventory, equipment maintenance, and vendor relations
- Act as primary liaison between departments and external stakeholders
- Implement digital filing systems and document management protocols
- Assist in onboarding processes and new hire coordination
Qualifications
- Associate's degree or equivalent certification in business administration
- Minimum 3 years' experience in executive support or legal administrative roles
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
