Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain complex executive calendars, ensuring optimal time management and meeting preparation.
- Coordinate domestic and international travel logistics, including itineraries, lodging, and ground transportation.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, reports, and meeting agendas for Board of Directors and senior leadership.
- Act as a gatekeeper and primary point of contact, screening communications to prioritize urgent matters.
- Organize high-stakes executive meetings, off-sites, and company-wide events with attention to detail.
- Track departmental budgets and process expense reports in alignment with company financial policies.
- Maintain comprehensive digital filing systems and documentation standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in an executive support role within a professional services environment.
- Exceptional proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and collaboration tools like Slack or Teams.
- Advanced verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interface with high-profile clients.
- Proven ability to handle sensitive information with absolute discretion and confidentiality.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to pivot quickly in a rapidly changing environment.
- Demonstrated initiative and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
