Responsibilities
- Manage complex executive calendars, travel arrangements, and meeting logistics across multiple time zones
- Coordinate cross-departmental projects, prepare confidential board materials, and maintain digital filing systems
- Serve as primary liaison for internal/external stakeholders, including C-suite executives, board members, and high-profile clients
- Oversee departmental budget tracking, expense reports, and vendor relationship management
- Compose executive communications, draft confidential correspondence, and proofread critical documents
- Implement process improvements to enhance team efficiency and reduce operational bottlenecks
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (or equivalent professional experience)
- 5+ years progressive administrative experience supporting C-level executives in financial services
- Expert proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and office management software
