Responsibilities
- Manage complex executive calendars, including scheduling meetings, travel arrangements, and speaking engagements.
- Prepare high-quality presentations, reports, and correspondence for board meetings and executive reviews.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders and external clients, maintaining professional communication standards.
- Coordinate and execute logistics for departmental meetings, conferences, and corporate events.
- Perform sophisticated document management and maintain physical and digital filing systems.
- Manage expense reporting, budget tracking, and office supply procurement.
- Lead special projects as assigned by executive leadership to improve operational workflows.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a high-level administrative or executive support role.
- Expert proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and cloud-based collaboration tools (Slack, Zoom, Asana).
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a focus on professional etiquette.
- Proven ability to handle sensitive information with absolute discretion and confidentiality.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to pivot quickly in a fast-paced environment.
- Polished interpersonal skills with the confidence to interact with high-profile stakeholders.
