- Prepare and edit confidential documents, reports, and presentations
- Coordinate cross-departmental communications and project workflows
- Oversee departmental budget tracking and expense reporting
- Serve as primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
- Implement and maintain organizational systems for digital and physical records
- Assist in onboarding processes and new employee orientation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
- 5+ years of progressive administrative support experience
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion
