Responsibilities
- Manage complex executive calendars, coordinating multi-departmental meetings and travel arrangements
- Compose and edit confidential correspondence, reports, and presentations with impeccable attention to detail
- Act as primary liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders
- Oversee departmental budget tracking, expense reports, and procurement processes
- Implement and maintain digital filing systems with 100% compliance standards
- Coordinate logistics for executive events including board meetings and client functions
- Train and mentor junior administrative staff on organizational best practices
Qualifications
- 5+ years of executive administrative support experience in corporate environments
- Expert proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities with grace and minimal supervision
- Advanced knowledge of corporate travel booking and expense management systems
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with executive presence
- Discretion handling confidential information with impeccable integrity
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
