Responsibilities
- Manage and prioritize a complex calendar, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements with precision.
- Prepare, edit, and format high-level correspondence, reports, and presentations for executive review.
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear and effective communication.
- Coordinate domestic and international business travel, including flight bookings, hotel accommodations, and itineraries.
- Organize and oversee company-wide events, conferences, and internal meetings to ensure smooth execution.
- Maintain confidential records and files, ensuring data integrity and compliance with company policies.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in an executive administrative or office management role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and Google Workspace.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a polished professional demeanor.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to multitask in a high-pressure environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field is highly preferred.
- Proven ability to maintain strict confidentiality regarding sensitive company matters.
