Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and audit EHS programs aligned with OSHA, EPA, and ISO 14001 standards
- Lead incident investigations and root cause analysis to drive preventive actions
- Conduct comprehensive workplace safety inspections and environmental monitoring
- Deliver engaging training programs on hazard recognition, emergency response, and regulatory updates
- Manage hazardous waste streams and ensure proper disposal/recycling protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate EHS into operational planning
- Maintain compliance documentation and prepare regulatory reports
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health & Safety, or related field
- 3+ years of EHS experience in industrial/manufacturing setting
- OSHA 30-hour certification and/or CHMM/CSP credentials preferred
- Advanced knowledge of EPA regulations and waste management protocols
- Proficiency in EHS software (e.g., Enablon, Intelex) and data analytics
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to influence all organizational levels
- Certified in Incident Investigation and Risk Assessment methodologies
