Responsibilities
- Develop and implement EHS management systems compliant with OSHA, EPA, and ISO 14001 standards
- Conduct risk assessments, safety audits, and environmental impact evaluations
- Lead incident investigations and corrective action plans
- Design and deliver employee safety training programs
- Monitor air/water quality and hazardous waste management protocols
- Manage environmental permits and regulatory reporting requirements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate EHS best practices
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Safety Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 5 years EHS experience in industrial/manufacturing setting
- Certified Safety Professional (CSP) or CHMM designation preferred
- Expert knowledge of federal/state environmental regulations
- Advanced data analysis and incident investigation skills
- Strong proficiency with EHS software (e.g., Enablon, Intelex)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
