Responsibilities
- Develop and implement EHS management systems compliant with OSHA, EPA, and TCEQ regulations
- Conduct risk assessments and safety audits for industrial operations
- Lead incident investigations and root cause analysis
- Manage hazardous waste disposal programs and air quality monitoring
- Train employees on safety protocols and emergency procedures
- Oversee environmental permitting and reporting requirements
- Collaborate with leadership on sustainability initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Safety Engineering, or related field
- 5+ years EHS management experience in manufacturing or energy sector
- OSHA 30-hour and CHMM certifications required
- Expert knowledge of EPA, OSHA, and TCEQ regulations
- Strong data analysis and reporting skills
- Experience with ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards
- Valid Texas driver's license
