Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive EHS management systems aligned with ISO 45001/14001 standards
- Lead incident investigations and root cause analysis to prevent recurrence
- Conduct regular facility audits and compliance inspections
- Oversee hazardous waste management and disposal procedures
- Manage emergency response protocols and business continuity planning
- Train 500+ employees on safety protocols and environmental regulations
- Analyze EHS data to identify trends and drive continuous improvement
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Safety Engineering, or related field
- 10+ years EHS experience in manufacturing or industrial settings
- CSP (Certified Safety Professional) or CIH (Certified Industrial Hygienist) certification
- Proven expertise with OSHA/EPA regulations and enforcement trends
- Strong data analysis skills with EHS software experience (e.g., Enablon, Intelex)
- OSHA 30-hour and HAZWOPER certifications required
- Experience developing sustainability reporting frameworks
