Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and monitor comprehensive EHS programs aligned with OSHA, EPA, and ISO 14001 standards
- Lead incident investigations, root cause analyses, and corrective action implementation
- Conduct regular facility audits, risk assessments, and safety training sessions
- Manage hazardous waste disposal, spill prevention, and environmental compliance reporting
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate safety into operational workflows
- Stay current on evolving EHS regulations and industry best practices
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Safety Engineering, or related field
- 8+ years of progressive EHS experience in industrial/manufacturing setting
- Certified Safety Professional (CSP) or Certified Industrial Hygienist (CIH) designation required
- Advanced knowledge of OSHA 1910 standards and EPA regulations
- Proven experience developing EHS management systems and documentation
- Strong analytical skills for data-driven safety program evaluation
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities for cross-functional collaboration
