Responsibilities
- Identify, engage, and qualify new enterprise-level prospects through outbound prospecting, cold calling, and networking.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Conduct product demos, tailored presentations, and negotiate contracts to close high-value deals.
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation and discovery to contract signing and onboarding.
- Collaborate closely with marketing and product teams to refine value propositions and gather customer feedback.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Track all sales activities and pipeline data accurately in the CRM.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably within the SaaS or Technology sector.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales quotas consistently.
- Strong knowledge of CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDIC, SPIN).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently in a hybrid or remote-first environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
