Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans for enterprise accounts ($100K+ deals)
- Lead complex multi-stakeholder negotiations and contract finalization
- Identify and cultivate relationships with C-level decision-makers
- Maintain 150%+ of quarterly quota through strategic pipeline management
- Collaborate with marketing to refine GTM strategies and competitive positioning
- Delive quarterly business reviews to senior leadership
- Mentor junior sales associates on advanced negotiation techniques
Qualifications
- 5+ years enterprise SaaS sales experience with minimum $2M annual quota attainment
- Proven track record of closing 6+ figure deals in competitive markets
- Expertise in CRM platforms (Salesforce) and sales intelligence tools
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive-level communication abilities
