Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans for enterprise clients across financial services sector
- Manage complex sales cycles from prospecting to contract negotiation (avg. 90-day cycle)
- Build and maintain C-level relationships with Fortune 500 companies
- Collaborate with product and marketing teams to identify new revenue streams
- Exceed quarterly targets through consultative selling methodology
- Leverage Salesforce CRM to track pipeline and forecast accurately
Qualifications
- 5+ years enterprise B2B sales experience with SaaS/FinTech products
- Proven track record of $1M+ annual quota attainment
- Expertise in solution selling and value-based negotiation
- Certification in Salesforce or comparable CRM platform
- Strong network within Texas financial services community
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive audiences
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
