Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans for enterprise accounts across Midwest region
- Build and maintain C-level relationships with Fortune 500 decision-makers
- Lead full sales cycle from prospecting to contract negotiation and implementation
- Collaborate with product team to identify market opportunities and solution gaps
- Maintain 120%+ quota achievement through strategic pipeline management
- Deliver quarterly business reviews and actionable insights to leadership
- Mentor junior sales associates on best practices and negotiation tactics
Qualifications
- 5+ years enterprise SaaS sales experience with $100K+ deals
- Proven track record of exceeding targets in competitive markets
- Expertise in complex solution selling and consultative approaches
- Strong CRM proficiency (Salesforce) and sales automation tools
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive-level stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Industry certifications (e.g., CSE, CES) preferred
