Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans for enterprise accounts across North America
- Identify, qualify, and close high-value deals ($100K+ ARR)
- Build and maintain executive-level relationships with C-suite decision-makers
- Collaborate with product and marketing teams to deliver tailored solutions
- Exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets through consultative selling
- Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to refine sales strategies
- Maintain accurate CRM data and pipeline visibility
Qualifications
- 5+ years of enterprise software sales experience with proven track record
- Experience selling complex SaaS solutions to Fortune 500 clients
- Exceptional negotiation and closing skills with minimum 70% win rate
- Strong proficiency in Salesforce and sales methodologies (MEDDIC, Challenger)
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Ability to travel 25% of time for client meetings and industry events
- Certified Salesforce Administrator or equivalent preferred
