Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans targeting enterprise accounts in the tech and finance sectors
- Manage full sales cycle from prospecting to contract negotiation, maintaining 25+ active pipeline opportunities
- Collaborate with product and marketing teams to identify upsell opportunities and product enhancements
- Deliver compelling product demonstrations and ROI-focused presentations to C-suite executives
- Maintain accurate CRM records and provide weekly sales forecasts to leadership
- Mentor junior sales representatives through our structured training program
- Exceed quarterly revenue targets while maintaining 90%+ customer satisfaction scores
Qualifications
- 5+ years of enterprise B2B SaaS sales experience with proven track record of exceeding $1M+ annual quotas
- Deep understanding of sales methodologies (MEDDICC, Challenger Sale) and CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot)
- Exceptional presentation skills with experience selling to C-level executives
- Strong analytical abilities to translate complex technical solutions into business value
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred)
