Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans for enterprise accounts in financial services sector
- Identify, qualify, and close 6-8 new enterprise deals annually
- Lead complex multi-stakeholder negotiations and contract renewals
- Collaborate with product teams to deliver customized solutions
- Maintain 95%+ client satisfaction through relationship management
- Deliver quarterly revenue forecasts and pipeline analysis
- Mentor junior sales associates on advanced negotiation techniques
Qualifications
- 8+ years B2B enterprise sales experience with minimum $1M deal size
- Proven track record in financial services or SaaS vertical
- Expertise in consultative selling and solution architecture
- Advanced CRM proficiency (Salesforce preferred)
- Certified Negotiation Professional (CNP) or equivalent
- Strategic account planning and territory management skills
- Strong data-driven decision-making abilities
