Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans for enterprise accounts in Chicago and surrounding regions
- Lead a team of 5-7 Account Executives through coaching, pipeline management, and performance reviews
- Identify new business opportunities through cold outreach, referrals, and industry events
- Collaborate with Product and Marketing teams to refine value propositions and competitive positioning
- Analyze sales metrics to forecast revenue and optimize conversion rates across the sales funnel
- Present customized solutions to C-level stakeholders during executive discovery calls
- Drive cross-functional initiatives to improve sales enablement tools and processes
Qualifications
- 8+ years of B2B sales experience with 3+ years in enterprise sales leadership
- Proven track record of exceeding $5M annual quota with complex solution selling
- Expertise in CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred) and sales analytics tools
- Strong network within Chicago's tech and finance sectors
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive-level stakeholder experience
- Certification in sales methodology (MEDDIC, Challenger, etc.)
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Experience scaling sales teams in high-growth environments
