- Develop and execute strategic sales plans for enterprise accounts across North America
- Lead full sales cycles from prospecting to contract negotiation with C-level stakeholders
- Mentor and manage a team of high-performing Account Executives
- Analyze market trends to identify new opportunities and refine positioning
- Collaborate with product teams to translate client feedback into product enhancements
- Exceed quarterly revenue targets through strategic account penetration
Qualifications
- 8+ years in B2B SaaS sales with 3+ years in enterprise sales leadership
- Proven track record of closing $500k+ deals with Fortune 500 clients
- Expertise in complex solution selling and consultative methodologies
- Experience managing remote sales teams and CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capabilities
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
