- Develop and execute enterprise sales strategies targeting Fortune 500 accounts
- Lead full sales cycle from prospecting to contract negotiation and closure
- Maintain and grow existing client relationships with $500K+ annual contracts
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to optimize sales collateral
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities
- Mentor junior sales team members and drive best practices
- Exceed quarterly revenue targets with 120%+ achievement rate
Qualifications
- 10+ years enterprise sales experience with proven $2M+ annual revenue delivery
- Expertise in SaaS sales cycles and complex deal structuring
- Strong CRM proficiency (Salesforce.com preferred)
- Exceptional negotiation and presentation skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Experience managing sales teams or mentorship responsibilities
- Track record of exceeding targets in competitive B2B environments
- Professional certifications (e.g., CSE, CPSM) preferred
