Responsibilities
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for enterprise accounts ($100k+ deals)
- Lead a team of 5 Account Executives with monthly coaching cycles
- Build C-suite relationships at Fortune 500 companies
- Analyze sales pipeline data to optimize conversion rates
- Collaborate with Product and Marketing on customer feedback loops
- Drive quarterly revenue targets with 120%+ achievement rate
- Design competitive pricing strategies for complex enterprise solutions
Qualifications
- 8+ years B2B SaaS sales experience with 3+ in enterprise roles
- Proven track record of $2M+ annual quota attainment
- Expertise in Salesforce and HubSpot CRM platforms
- Strong understanding of enterprise procurement cycles
- Strategic SaaS sales methodology certification (MEDDIC, Challenger)
- Experience scaling sales teams beyond 10 members
- Ability to travel 30% for client meetings and industry events
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
