Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans for Fortune 500 accounts across healthcare and fintech verticals
- Lead complex enterprise negotiations with C-suite executives, closing 7-8 six-figure deals quarterly
- Mentor and develop high-performing sales teams through pipeline reviews and skill-building workshops
- Analyze market trends to identify new revenue streams and competitive positioning opportunities
- Collaborate with marketing to refine demand generation campaigns and sales enablement materials
- Drive CRM adoption and process optimization using Salesforce and data analytics tools
Qualifications
- 10+ years of enterprise sales experience with proven track record of exceeding $5M annual quotas
- Expertise in SaaS sales cycles with demonstrated success in complex B2B negotiations
- Strong leadership background with experience managing teams of 5+ sales professionals
- Proficient in Salesforce, HubSpot, and sales analytics platforms
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred)
- Exceptional presentation skills with ability to articulate technical value propositions to non-technical audiences
