Responsibilities
- Develop and execute enterprise sales strategies targeting Fortune 500 accounts
- Lead a team of 5 Account Executives to exceed $15M quarterly targets
- Cultivate C-suite relationships at Fortune 500 companies
- Analyze market trends to identify new revenue opportunities
- Collaborate with Product and Marketing to position solutions
- Maintain 95%+ client retention rate through strategic account management
Qualifications
- 10+ years B2B SaaS sales experience with 5+ years in enterprise sales leadership
- Track record of closing 6+ deals >$500K annually
- Expertise in complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders
- Proven ability to build and scale high-performance sales teams
- Deep understanding of CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred)
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
