Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans for enterprise accounts in Texas and surrounding regions
- Lead complex B2B SaaS sales cycles with 6-12 month closing timelines
- Build and maintain executive relationships at C-level decision-makers
- Mentor and coach a team of 3-5 Account Executives
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities
- Collaborate with product team to shape solution offerings based on client feedback
- Exceed quarterly revenue targets through strategic account penetration
Qualifications
- 10+ years of enterprise B2B sales experience with 5+ years in leadership roles
- Proven track record of closing deals >$500K annually
- Expertise in SaaS sales methodologies (MEDDIC, Challenger Sale)
- Experience managing remote/distributed sales teams
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Salesforce and CRM platforms
- Exceptional negotiation and presentation skills
