Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans for enterprise accounts with $100K+ ACV
- Lead complex B2B negotiations with Fortune 500 decision-makers
- Mentor a team of 3-5 Account Executives on advanced closing techniques
- Analyze market trends to identify new vertical expansion opportunities
- Collaborate with Product and Marketing to refine value propositions
- Maintain 150%+ quota attainment through strategic pipeline management
Qualifications
- 10+ years enterprise B2B sales experience with 5+ years in leadership
- Proven track record of $2M+ annual quota attainment
- Expertise in SaaS sales cycles with 12-18 month deal cycles
- Strong network of C-level relationships in Fortune 500 companies
- CRM proficiency (Salesforce preferred) with data-driven approach
- Strategic thinking with ability to position technical solutions
