- Develop and execute enterprise sales strategies for Illinois and surrounding territories
- Manage full sales cycle from prospecting to contract negotiation for accounts >$500K
- Build and maintain C-suite relationships with Fortune 1000 prospects
- Collaborate with product and marketing teams to refine value propositions
- Mentor and coach a team of 3 Account Executives

Qualifications
- 10+ years B2B enterprise sales experience with SaaS/tech products
- Proven track record of closing $1M+ deals in complex sales cycles
- Expertise in solution selling for enterprise clients

- Experience building and scaling high-performing sales teams
