Responsibilities
- Develop and execute enterprise sales strategies for Fortune 500 accounts
- Lead full sales cycle from prospecting to contract negotiation and renewal
- Mentor and develop a team of 3-5 Account Executives
- Analyze market trends to identify new revenue opportunities
- Collaborate with Product and Marketing on go-to-market initiatives
- Exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets through strategic account penetration
Qualifications
- 8+ years B2B sales experience with 3+ years in enterprise SaaS
- Track record of closing $500K+ deals with C-level decision-makers
- Expertise in CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales methodologies
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven sales forecasting
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Experience managing remote sales teams in hybrid environments
