Responsibilities
- Develop and execute enterprise sales strategies for Fortune 500 accounts in the energy sector
- Lead a team of 5 Account Executives, providing coaching and performance optimization
- Build executive-level relationships with C-suite stakeholders at target companies
- Drive complex deal cycles ($500K - $5M ARR) with multi-stakeholder decision matrices
- Analyze market trends to identify new vertical expansion opportunities
- Collaborate with product team to shape solution roadmaps based on client feedback
- Exceed quarterly revenue targets while maintaining 90%+ client retention
Qualifications
- 8+ years enterprise sales experience with 3+ years in leadership roles
- Proven track record of closing 7-figure deals in B2B SaaS or energy tech
- Expertise in consultative selling methodologies (MEDDIC, Challenger)
- Strong familiarity with CRM platforms (Salesforce) and sales automation tools
- Experience building sales processes from 0 to 1 in scaling environments
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
- Ability to travel 25% of time for client meetings and industry events
