Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans for enterprise accounts across North America
- Lead a team of 5-7 sales representatives through coaching and performance optimization
- Identify and cultivate C-level relationships with Fortune 500 prospects
- Drive complex multi-stakeholder sales cycles with average deal sizes exceeding $500K
- Analyze market trends to refine positioning and competitive differentiation
- Collaborate with product leadership to influence roadmap based on customer insights
- Exceed quarterly revenue targets through pipeline management and forecasting
Qualifications
- 10+ years of enterprise sales experience with 5+ years in leadership roles
- Proven track record of closing $1M+ deals in SaaS or technology sector
- Expertise in CRM platforms (Salesforce) and sales automation tools
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred)
- Exceptional presentation and negotiation skills for executive audiences
- Strong analytical abilities with data-driven decision-making approach
- Experience building and scaling high-performing sales teams
- Ability to travel 25% for client meetings and industry events
