Responsibilities
- Identify, prospect, and qualify new enterprise-level leads through a variety of channels including LinkedIn, cold calling, and networking.
- Conduct discovery calls to understand prospect pain points and needs, positioning our SaaS solutions as the optimal choice.
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial outreach to contract negotiation and closing.
- Collaborate closely with the product and customer success teams to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets (KPIs).
- Build a robust pipeline and maintain accurate records in Salesforce CRM.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, with a proven track record of exceeding quota.
- Experience selling to enterprise clients (1000+ employees) is highly preferred.
- Strong proficiency with Salesforce CRM and sales automation tools.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a consultative selling approach.
- Self-motivated, resilient, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is a plus.
