You will be responsible for navigating complex organizational structures, leading C-level negotiations, and driving transformative growth for our enterprise client portfolio.

Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a strategic territory plan to identify and close large-scale enterprise deals.
- Lead complex, long-cycle sales processes from prospecting to contract signature.
- Build and maintain high-level relationships with C-Suite executives and key decision-makers.
- Partner with Product and Engineering teams to influence our product roadmap based on market feedback.
- Accurately forecast sales pipeline and maintain rigorous data integrity within Salesforce.
- Conduct high-impact product demonstrations and value-based discovery sessions.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise SaaS sales with a proven track record of exceeding quotas.
- Demonstrated ability to navigate 6-12 month sales cycles with deal sizes exceeding $100k ARR.
- Exceptional negotiation skills and experience redlining complex master service agreements.
- Strong background in MEDDIC or Challenger sales methodologies.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- Self-motivated, resilient, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
