Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a strategic territory plan to identify and penetrate enterprise-level accounts.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and discovery to demo delivery and final contract negotiation.
- Collaborate with pre-sales engineers to create tailored technical solutions that meet specific client pain points.
- Maintain a clean and accurate pipeline within Salesforce, providing reliable quarterly revenue forecasts.
- Act as a trusted advisor to C-suite and VP-level stakeholders, articulating the ROI of our platform.
- Consistently achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue quotas.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, with at least 3 years focused on Enterprise/Strategic accounts.
- Proven track record of consistently exceeding a $1M+ annual quota.
- Expertise in value-based selling methodologies (e.g., MEDDPICC, Challenger Sales).
- Strong proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce) and sales engagement platforms (Salesloft, Outreach).
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence technical decision-makers.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
