Responsibilities
- Identify and prospect high-value enterprise accounts within the North American market to build a robust pipeline.
- Develop and execute strategic territory plans to consistently exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.
- Manage complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles from initial discovery through negotiation and closing.
- Deliver high-impact product demonstrations and customized presentations to C-level stakeholders.
- Collaborate closely with Solutions Architects and Product teams to align offerings with client requirements.
- Maintain meticulous records of sales activity and pipeline forecasting within Salesforce CRM.
- Cultivate long-term strategic relationships with key decision-makers to ensure high retention and expansion.
Qualifications
- 5-8 years of experience in B2B SaaS enterprise sales with a focus on complex solution selling.
- Proven track record of consistently exceeding an annual quota of $1.5M+.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and executive-level presentation skills.
- Deep understanding of cloud infrastructure, digital transformation, and the SaaS landscape.
- Expertise in utilizing Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and modern sales engagement tools.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to navigate complex procurement and legal processes.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
