Responsibilities
- Drive the full sales cycle from initial prospecting and discovery to negotiation and closing for enterprise-level accounts.
- Develop and execute strategic territory plans to consistently exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with C-level executives and key stakeholders across various industries.
- Collaborate closely with Sales Development, Solutions Architects, and Customer Success teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and expansion.
- Maintain high CRM hygiene in Salesforce, providing accurate forecasting and pipeline management.
- Conduct high-impact product demonstrations and presentations tailored to the specific business needs of each prospect.
- Lead complex contract negotiations and procurement processes to secure multi-year agreements.
Qualifications
- Proven track record with 5+ years of experience in Enterprise B2B SaaS sales, consistently exceeding $1M+ annual quotas.
- Deep understanding of complex sales methodologies such as MEDDIC, Challenger, or Force Management.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with the ability to influence executive decision-makers.
- Experience selling high-ticket technical solutions (Cloud, Data, AI, or Infrastructure).
- Strong business acumen and the ability to articulate ROI and TCO to financial buyers.
- Self-motivated, resilient, and adaptable to a rapidly changing high-growth environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related technical field.
