Responsibilities
- Own and manage the complete sales cycle, from prospecting and qualifying to negotiating and closing complex enterprise deals.
- Deliver high-impact, tailored product demonstrations to C-level executives and key technical stakeholders.
- Develop and execute strategic territory plans to consistently exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.
- Partner with Sales Engineering and Product teams to align solution proposals with customer business objectives.
- Maintain impeccable pipeline hygiene and forecasting accuracy within Salesforce.
- Collaborate with Customer Success to ensure seamless onboarding and identify expansion opportunities.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience, specifically managing complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles.
- Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding an annual quota of $1M+ ARR.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with a native ability to engage C-suite decision-makers.
- Experience utilizing modern sales tech stacks, including Salesforce, Outreach, and ZoomInfo.
- Strong consultative selling methodology (e.g., MEDDPICC, Challenger, or SPIN selling).
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
