Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a strategic territory plan to exceed annual recurring revenue (ARR) targets.
- Manage complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles from initial outreach to contract execution.
- Conduct high-impact product demonstrations and discovery meetings for C-suite executives and IT leadership.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product, Engineering, and Customer Success, to ensure seamless client onboarding.
- Maintain a robust pipeline in Salesforce, providing accurate forecasts and market intelligence to leadership.
- Negotiate multi-year enterprise agreements with high-level procurement teams.
- Represent VelocityCloud at industry conferences and networking events to build brand authority.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, specifically targeting Enterprise accounts.
- Proven track record of consistently exceeding annual quotas of $1.5M+ ARR.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts.
- Expertise in value-based selling methodologies (e.g., Challenger Sale, MEDDIC).
- Ability to travel up to 25% for client-facing meetings and industry events.
- Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset and a high degree of emotional intelligence.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related technical field.
