Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a strategic territory plan to exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.
- Manage the entire sales lifecycle, from initial prospecting and discovery to high-stakes negotiation and closing.
- Conduct professional product demonstrations and executive-level presentations tailored to specific business outcomes.
- Collaborate with Solutions Architects and Product Teams to ensure technical alignment with client requirements.
- Build and maintain a high-quality pipeline through proactive outbound efforts and strategic networking.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and provide weekly forecasts to the executive leadership team.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, specifically targeting enterprise-level accounts.
- Proven track record of consistently exceeding a $1.5M+ annual quota.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence C-level decision-makers.
- Deep understanding of value-based selling methodologies (e.g., MEDDIC, Challenger, or Sandler).
- Strong technical aptitude and the ability to articulate complex cloud architectures.
- Bachelorās degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
