Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a strategic territory plan to exceed annual revenue quotas.
- Conduct high-level discovery sessions to identify customer pain points and value drivers.
- Deliver tailored product demonstrations that showcase technical value and ROI.
- Lead complex contract negotiations and manage the end-to-end procurement process.
- Collaborate with internal product and engineering teams to provide market insights.
- Maintain a clean and accurate pipeline within Salesforce to ensure accurate forecasting.
- Cultivate long-term executive relationships to drive account expansion and renewals.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of B2B SaaS experience in a closing role with a proven track record of exceeding quotas.
- Strong experience selling complex technical solutions to C-suite and VP-level stakeholders.
- Proficiency in MEDDIC or Challenger sales methodologies.
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills with an ability to communicate complex ideas clearly.
- Ability to thrive in a high-velocity, fast-paced, and ambiguous startup environment.
- Strong analytical skills with experience managing large enterprise deal sizes ($100k+ ACV).
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
