Responsibilities
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities within the mid-to-large enterprise sector in London and the UK.
- Execute a consultative sales approach to understand client needs and present tailored solutions.
- Deliver compelling product demonstrations and negotiate terms to close high-value contracts.
- Manage the full sales lifecycle, including prospecting, discovery calls, proposal generation, and contract signing.
- Cultivate strong relationships with key decision-makers to ensure customer retention and expansion.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine sales strategies and product positioning.
- Consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in B2B sales, specifically within the SaaS or technology industry.
- A track record of consistently exceeding sales quotas and revenue targets.
- Strong proficiency with CRM platforms, specifically Salesforce (certification is a plus).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with the ability to engage C-level executives.
- Self-motivated and resilient, with a strong drive to succeed in a high-performance team.
- Relevant degree or professional sales certification.
