Responsibilities
- Execute a consultative, value-based sales cycle from prospecting and pipeline generation through to deal closure.
- Consistently achieve and exceed quarterly and annual ARR quotas.
- Deliver high-impact, customized product demonstrations to C-suite executives and key decision-makers.
- Partner with Solutions Engineers and Customer Success to ensure seamless technical alignment and post-sale onboarding.
- Negotiate complex enterprise contracts, master services agreements, and pricing structures.
- Maintain rigorous hygiene in Salesforce for precise forecasting and pipeline management.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of direct experience in B2B SaaS enterprise software sales.
- Proven track record of consistently exceeding a $1.2M+ ARR annual quota.
- Deep understanding of modern enterprise sales methodologies, particularly MEDDPICC or Challenger.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with executive-level stakeholders.
- Strong proficiency with modern sales tech stacks, including Salesforce, Outreach, and ZoomInfo.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or equivalent professional sales experience.
